Render Production in Draft Quality for Review
Final HQ Renders Produced & Project Completed
Initial Consulation, Dim & Works Check.
With all projects our first step will be to receive from you the dims and specifications for your scene. You can send us complex schematics or notes on the back of a napkin, as long as we have the correct details we can get the drafts realised.
For best results we request art works be provided in high resolution, but we understand in some instances this may not be possible. Once we’ve reviewed the provided materials we can let you know if we’ll anticipate any issues and with your OK we’ll proceed to the drafting stage.
Render Production in Draft Quality for Review
Depending on the art works provided we know you may want to change locations of certain works, replace them with other works or remove them completely. Last minute changes or alterations are not a problem, we always work with the motivation to provide you with a rendered scene exactly how you want it to appear.
We do have a fair use policy however this only applies in extreme cases (for example, if any entire scene is changed for a larger space or an entire set of works are replaced)Otherwise we’ll communicate to you through as many draft renders as needed to reach the desired final scene.
Final HQ Renders Produced & Project Completed
Once the scene is completed through the drafting stage we’ll ensure lighting and finer details are all in place and we’ll set your scene rendering for the final high resolution collection. With that done we’ll send you the final renders for review and the project will be complete.
Not sure what service type is right for your project? Drop us a message and we'll provide you a no obligation assessment free of charge.
Get In Touch*Turn Around Time
In most cases we anticipate you having a fair lead time for the production of the renders. We may have to wait for you to provide original images of art works or perhaps a key decision maker is in a different time zone. Whatever the circumstances we’ll always aim to complete your scene as fast as possible.
If you only have a few days before the submission deadline we’ll even dedicate additional rendering hardware resources to get the scene completed as fast as possible. Some issues can and will inevitably delay us, but to the degree which is possible we’ll always do our very best to complete your scene as quickly as possible.
*Unlimited Revisions.
We know that getting your booth render looking right will require some back and forth between our team and your decision makers. For that reason we include a “fair use” of unlimited revisions with every project.
What this means is that you can rest assured that under normal conditons, where small changes need to be made to get art work placements just right – or last minute changes to placements or swap outs of art works, you won’t incur additional hidden changes.
In the rare occaisons where the number of revisions has become significant our team may have to commit further changes with a small overage charge put in place, but this will never be implemented without first notifying you and whenever possible we’ll always aim to complete a render project to the highest standard within the specific price tier.
